I’m Olivia, your ​​​fun and supportive yoga teacher bestie and mother of 3.

I help pregnant people get stronger and feel better during their pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

 

With over 25 years of yoga experience I work with pregnant people  to help them create a community of support during pregnancy and beyond. I am a Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher (CPYT) and teach to all levels. I specialize in helping women feel amazing through yoga. I teach a strong prenatal class so you won't miss your "regular" yoga fix. My prenatal classes will help you feel great and stay strong to support you during pregnancy and childbirth.

New to yoga and pregnant? No problem! I teach to all levels so you can join at any part of your pregnancy. Of course please check with your healthcare providers to make sure prenatal yoga is suitable for you.

Do I need to have previous yoga experience?

Nope, I teach to all levels and give pointers on how to make each pose accessible to you!

 

I’ve never been pregnant before and I feel anxious.

This class will help you feel better through breathing exercises and intentional movement that helps you get stronger. Plus you’ll meet other pregnant people who you can share your experiences with and create a community of a shared bond.

Will I really get stronger and more flexible?

Yes! Every body is different and some of us start at varying levels of strength and flexibility. But I promise if you stay dedicated to your practice you will see results!
